Merchandise received damaged or wrong refer to the home page for instructions. All orders put on hold must pay a 20% holding fee by credit card or through Paypal. If you have to cancel an order the 20% down is non-refundable. All items returned will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. All orders refused at time of delivery will be put on a pre-pay basis only. You will also be charged with the shipping charges and a 20% re-stocking fee. Paypal Payments and C.O.D. orders are charged a handling fee plus shipping charges. Any order under $25 are subject to a $5 handling fee. All Custom Crown order are subject to a 50% deposit. Trophy orders are subject to a 25% deposit. Embroidery Banner orders are subject to a 50% deposit. Alabama residents must pay 8% sales tax. |
